Tiyi College on April 6.[/caption] Dimapur, April 8 (EMN): Home Minister, Y Patton, informed that an amount of Rs 1.20 crores has been sanctioned and released under State Land Acquisition (SLA) for the purchase of 5.66 acres of land for extension of Mt. Tiyi Government College, Wokha. The minister informed this during visit to Mt. Tiyi College, Wokha, on April 6. He also assured the college authority that road construction will commence at the earliest and complete within the current month. Meanwhile, the college authority thanked the Home Minister for the prompt action initiated in developing the college. Home Minister was accompanied by the district administration led by Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, Superintendent of Police, Wokha, and other officials.
