Walkathon, bike rally held in Mokokchung

Mokokchung, Sep. 12 (EMN): The district-level Nasha Mukti Bharat Abhiyan Committee and district administration, Mokokchung, jointly organised a walkathon and bike rally on Monday to kick start the Nasha Mukti Bharat Campaign in the district.

The walkathon which was flagged off by DC Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh, at public ground culminated at Commissioner’s Rest House. Students from Fazl Ali College, People’s College, Jubilee Memorial College, NCC and NYK took part in the walkathon.

The bike rally flagged off by SDO (C) Mokokchung, Longdiba L Sangtam, at petrol pump, Yimyu Junction, also culminated at Commissioner’s Rest House. The participants included Royal Enfield Mokokchung (REM) & DEF personnel.
