Patton congratulates achievers

DIMAPUR — Deputy Chief Minister, Y Patton, has lauded the Nagaland Director General of Police (DGP), Rupin Sharma, and deputy commandant general of HG&CD and SDRF Nagaland, Medozhalie Pienyu, on being awarded the President's medal for their distinguished service.

Patton stated that such awards come with hard work and dedication to their service.

On behalf of the Home department, Patton has congratulated them and wished them success in their future endeavors.

In another statement, Patton has congratulated Sano Vamuzo on being conferred Padma Shri for her invaluable service towards the society spanning many decades.

“Vamuzo is a tall leader in Nagaland championing the cause of women and her award is well deserved,” Patton said.

He further wished her good health and continues to be a beacon of light to others.
