Chess instructor of Youth Resources and Sports department and honorary secretary of Nagaland Chess Association, Mughaho Awomi, was conferred the ‘International Arbiter’ title on Dec. 27. Awomi, who is also the vice president of All India Chess Federation, is the first from Nagaland to be appointed as international arbiter.
