Dimapur Municipal Council directs traders to strictly follow Covid-related SOPs

Requests citizens to maintain Covid-appropriate behaviour in public places

Dimapur, April 8 (EMN): The Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has directed traders, business houses and shopkeepers to strictly maintain Covid-19 related standard operating procedures (SOPs) such as wearing face masks, using hand sanitisers and maintaining adequate physical distance inside the shop.

This has been necessitated following the surge in Covid-19 cases across the country and the impending threat to Nagaland particularly Dimapur, an update from DMC administrator Albert Ezung informed on Thursday.

It further requested the citizens to maintain Covid-appropriate behaviour in public places.
