Dimapur, Dec. 18 (EMN): The fifth edition ‘women football and volley ball championship tournament’ will be held in Wokha in January 2020, according to the organisers, Wokha District Women Sports Association.
The event is held in memory of Emi Merry, the first and only women IAS officer from the Lotha community, it informed.
While inviting participants from the district, the organisers also informed that “teams from other districts of Nagaland shall be invited to exhibit the talents/skills of women in the field of sport”.
