Dimapur, August 7 : In the wake of ongoing Naga political talks, 54 officers and cadres of a Reformation Camp led by Finance Kilonser A-Longkhuh and Chief of the Army Maj. General Khamhi have joined hands with the NSCN along with arms and ammunitions.
“The en-mass joining includes top brass, rank and file from Reformation Camp simply reveals that wrong decision owing to incorrect information or pervasive propaganda pushed them, in the first place, to the wrong direction, as per their personal account statements,” stated a press note issued by MIP/Hebron.
Selected members of the recently joined group met the Collective Leadership of the NSCN-IM on August 6 at New Delhi and the latter welcomed and congratulated them of their decision.
The Finance Kilonser Longkhah and Chief of the Army Maj.Gen.Khamhi speaking on behalf of the group stated that they have come to support the Framework Agreement. Further, they appealed to others to follow suit.
