Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of Spirit of Life set me free from the law of sin and death. Romans 8:1-2
There will always be condemnation for those lovers who treats the Word of God and their bodies with contempt. The word condemnation can be likened to sinners who fornicates with sinners in hell. The law of sin and death would have destroyed us but we now live because of what Christ did for us. The sins of the old are now done away with and the sins of the new can now be forgiven because of the death and the resurrection of Christ. The old demons which had once been in us are now separated from us and the filth of their sins will remain in them in this age and in the age that is to come.Death was certainly what we deserved because of what our sinful past was but life is what we got because of the indwelling power of grace in us. The new life we now have has the power to transform our ways to the ways of Christ. The law was given to instill a godly fear in us so that the righteous requirement of the law could be fulfilled in us. But the power of the law only made the condition of the miserable sinners worse. The more they tried to follow it, the more unrighteous they became. The wages of sin would have destroyed us but the curse had been reversed by the one act of Christ. The regulations of the old signified the old nature in us but the covenant of the new bought forth light into a world deprived of life. Somewhere in the scriptures it is written that the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus (Romans 6:23 ). I see the power of truth at work in this and I rejoice because of what Christ had done.
The law couldn’t redeem people, nor could it save anyone. Everyone under the law was subject to brutality and cruelty because of what the nature of the law was. The dictates of the law only gave rise to more oppression, more miseries and more death. It was this very nature which threatened the existence of the unfaithful sinners. The more they sinned, the more they began to grow in number, and the more they grew in number, the more sinners increased. The reality of this truth is a revelation in itself. This sacred line of scripture further justifies the sacred ways of the scripture where it says “The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law ( 1st Corinthians 15:56 ). Truth is, there would be no death if there was no sin but since sin came into being, the law had to be enacted. It can further be claimed that God gave the law through Moses and revived it through Christ. In the history of Jesus Christ said that He did not come to abolish the law, rather to fulfill it. The spoken words became His legacy and the life He lived became our way of life. The law couldn’t have saved us but it educated us of the ways of the sacred.
To walk in His ways, we have to live by the Spirit. The same Spirit which resurrected Christ from the death will work in the same way in the lives of all the lovers of Christ. It was an act of grace which destroyed the power of the law. Grace condemned sin so that the righteous requirements of the law could be fulfilled in us. The scripture further states “ For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful men to be sin offering. And so He condemned sin in sinful man, in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit ( Romans 8:3-4 ). The Spirit gives life and the letter gives hope was what I highlighted in one of my earlier works and the powers of it still continues to transform and impact lives because of the sacred godly powers within. The powers of hell shook the moment the hammer strucked the nails. The sacrifices of animals are now as useless as skeletons are to the living. The rituals which were once considered sacred are now done away with because of the power of the new covenant of which Christ is the head. A truth I discern in this is that unless holiness becomes part of us, the righteous requirements of the law will never be fulfilled in us. The truth is that the law is not dead but many are already dead because of their rejection of the truth. It was the Spirit which resurrected the saints of the old and the same Spirit will resurrect the sinners of this generation if the godly virtues are followed and embraced. The truth is that without resurrection no one will see God. The judged sinners will receive their wages (death) while the acquitted sinners will get a new lease of life in the New Life. A new life, a new home and a new name will be given to all those who makes it to the next life. It is not God’s desire for anyone to suffer the torments of hell but every sinner who rejects the truth will spend eternity with satan and the unholy sinners. Think of this and jump out of hell. The Church of Christ awaits the resurrection of the living and the dead. If you are not with Christ, you are against Christ. And if you are against us, you are against Christ. But if we are with Christ, the powers of Christ will keep us secured and protected till the end of the world. This is not a prediction of the end of the world but this is a revelation of the last days revealed by the Spirit. Just as Christ was resurrected in righteousness, the Church of Christ will be resurrected in holiness on the great day of the Lord. Hell is not where you should go but you will end up in it if you continue living in sin and wickedness. The end is near and chances are that you may not wake up again to see the light of the day or to repent of your evil. The truth is that this will be remembered in this age and in the age that is to come. Accept this and destroy the hell that is within you. If the spirit that is in you is of the world, you will be destroyed with the world but if the Spirit that is within you is of God, you will be a threat to the powers of the world. This is the resurrection of the last days media and the powers of it will last as long as it last. This is the power of God.
