She said the camp was conducted primarily focusing on the word of God and at the same time aimed at providing livelihood earning skills by incorporating trainings in painting, sketching, etc. The camp culminated with performances from all participating classes.

Programme concluded on July 20 with encouraging words and thanksgiving from the church leaders and Sunday school teachers.

Ruth Mizar has thanked the stewards, teachers, students and others for their cooperation in making the camp a success.

Altogether, 55 students participated in the two-day Bible camp along with 8 teachers.

Speaker of the Bible camp was Robert Aley, pastor NBC Chümoukedima. He emphasised on the importance of differentiating the family and the institution where due importance should be given for the growth of children’s soul. He stressed on the defect of children engaging in mobile gaming and internet browsing without limitation which brings immense destruction to the family and the society at the later stage and urged the parents to be vigilant.
