Governor lauds student about to work on e-governance project
Dimapur, June 24 (EMN): Launching e-governance project at Raj Bhavan in Kohima, Governor of Nagaland PB Acharya gave appreciation letter to Bharat Goyal, a student of class-11, Delhi Public School, RK Puram, Delhi for excellent work as a volunteer.
He is one of the school toppers in class-10 scoring 98% marks. He is coordinator of Exun Club which is a very prestigious information technology club. He attended national level training camp at Chennai last month being one of the thirty one students selected from all over India, a press release received from Raj Bhavan on Sunday stated.
Bharat has a passion for computer science and volunteered to work on e-governance project that included accounting software, inventory management, provident fund and record management systems besides an app for Raj Bhavan in Kohima, it informed.
Governor lauded Bharat for taking initiative to develop interest of students in computer science and his motivational power point presentation on “Career in Information Technology for Digital India” to toppers of class-x and XII students of Nagaland Board of School Education at a function at Raj Bhavan.
