Dimapur, Sep. 15 (EMN): A three-day long combined ‘fathers’ camp’ for Thurutsuswu and Khutsa Baptist churches sponsored by the Chakhesang Baptist Church of Ministers’ Hill in Kohima culminated on Sunday at Thurutsuswu Baptist Church.
According to a note from the organisers, daily devotions and ‘devotional talk service’ were conducted during the event.
The participants were urged to be ‘firm in their decisions and rooted in the Bible so that evil forces are defeated,’ the updates stated. They were urged to stand firm in Jesus Christ, the organisers stated.
The campers were also exhorted to take ‘good decisions to live as role models in the church by being faithful to God and give their best by living faithful lives in the society.’
A health session was also conducted during the programme, the updates stated.
