DDCA inter-club cricket tourney from October 8

The Dimapur District Cricket Association would be conducting an inter-club Cricket tournament starting from October 8. The tournament will be played at Nagaland Cricket Stadium Sovima with white cricket uniform. All matches during the league stage will be of 25 overs each, except the final which will be of 40 overs a side.
A release issued by DDCA president I Pihoto Awomi has informed that decision to organize the said tournament was taken during the meeting held on September 30. He has further informed that, from this premier league, players of different age groups would be selected to represent the district team.
The following registered cricket clubs which has fulfilled the DDCA criteria has been approved to compete in the tournament. And this includes Sparks CC, Dimapur Royals CC, DA Blue Icon’s CC, Knight CC, Blue Star CC, Dimapur Dons and Flamingoz CC.
