Arsenal supporters in Dimapur celebrated Arsenal FC’s English Premier League title win with a massive rally on Sunday.

DIMAPUR — Jubilant Arsenal supporters in Nagaland took to the streets of Dimapur on Sunday as the Arsenal Nagaland Supporters Trust organised a victory rally to celebrate Arsenal FC’s 2025–26 English Premier League triumph, ending the club’s 22-year wait for the title.
Hundreds of fans joined the car and bike rally, waving club flags, chanting slogans, and celebrating what supporters described as a historic moment for “Gooners” across the world.
The rally began from the Clock Tower junction and proceeded towards the Patkai gateway, where supporters from different parts of Nagaland joined the celebration.

According to the organisers, the event was held to commemorate Arsenal’s return to the summit of English football after more than two decades marked by near misses, disappointments, and criticism from rival fans.
The supporters’ trust stated that the title victory under manager Mikel Arteta symbolised the club’s resurgence through discipline, resilience, and unity.
The organisation also expressed pride over Arsenal reaching the UEFA Champions League final alongside lifting the Premier League trophy this season.
Arsenal Nagaland Chairman Orenthung Ovung thanked members of the supporters’ trust for their enthusiasm and dedication in making the celebration possible.
He also acknowledged the office of the Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, for granting permission and extending support to ensure the rally was conducted peacefully and safely.
Describing the occasion as a proud chapter for Arsenal supporters in Nagaland, the trust said the club’s achievement would remain a memorable milestone for fans who had stood by the team through years of setbacks and rebuilding.
