WTBC Youth Ministry oragnises hymnal contest

Wokha, June 24 (EMN): A total of 500 members from 12 fellowships under Wokha Town Baptist Church (WTBC) contested in the hymnal competition, ‘Zhukvu Ji Bankawoe’ (Beyond the Swelling flood), at WTBC, on Saturday. The programme was organised by Wokha Town Baptist Church, Youth Ministry.
Judges of the competition were; David Ngullie, Chonben Tungoe, Zachamo Humtsoe, Thungchamo Ngullie, Renthunglo Kikon and Mharomo Kithan.
GHS-Zuvodong Fellowship Union was ad judged as the winner of the contest while Saron Fellowship Union, Molonsu Fellowship Union and GA, CC & PWD Fellowship, bagged the runners up, in the third position and were placed at fourth position.
The programme was anchored by Bhanchamo Odyuo and Loyibeni Shitiri while invocation prayer was said by Wonchio Odyuo and welcome address was delivered by Y. Chumbenthung Murry, Youth Director WTBC.
Meanwhile, youths were informed that there will be a special programme on July 2 at the devotional service. All are requested to attend.
