‘Winter Melody’ concert held at Mokokchung

Musicians from Nagaland and Mizoram brought together music lovers from across Mokokchung district to support cancer affected people at the ‘Winter Melody’ which was organised on Dec. 12 in aid of Cancer Trust Fund at Imkongmeren Sports Complex, Mokokchung. The humanitarian concert was organised by Mokokchung Arts & Aesthetic Management (MAAM). Special appearance of the concert were solo artist Rosy K Remsangpüu from Mizoram, Incipit, Beyond Sunday and all time Ao’s favourite Samaro. The sensation performance from the accomplished artists filled the crowd with excitement who had come to taste the live concert after a long break in Mokokchung. Rosy with her power vocal covering the Hallelujah was praised with applaud from the crowd. Incipit with their power package performance and power vocal that enthralled fans to sing along with them. Incipit’s original songs where the public demand at the event. Beyond Sunday also enthralled the fans with their original numbers and Samaro, the evergreen figures among Ao bands also performed crowd favourites from their albums. Our Correspondent
