Dimapur, Jan. 9: Western Angami Student’s Union (WASU) has announced to hold its 42nd biennial general conference on January 19 in Mezoma village on the theme “Challenges amidst modernization.”
The one-day conference will be hosted by the Mezoma Students’ Union (MSU) at Mezoma local ground at 10 AM.
Kiyanilie Peseyie, Minister of Social Welfare and Parliamentary Affairs, and Kovi Meyase, Administrator of Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) will grace the occasion as the chief guest and the guest of honuor respectively.
The Union president, Kevisetuo Rhitso has requested all the members to attend the programme positively. He has further invited senior leaders and well wishers to the conference.
