Kohima, March 10 (EMN): Vinyu scored a hat-trick to help Medical XI demolish Silver White 8-3 in style in at D Khel ground, Kohima on Monday at the ongoing 3rd edition of Morning Premier League (MPL).
Medical XI made a good comeback after the recent defeat with some very big rise of 8-3 against Silver White on Monday morning.
Vinyu scored the first goal in the 4th minute, followed by a second in the 42nd minute and completed his hat-trick in 47th minute via penalty.
Along and Neiphre contributed two goals each, while Kekhrie scored a goal for Medical XI.
Silver White made a comeback in the second half by scoring three successive goals but it was not enough for the team. John scored two goals in the 50th and 61st minute, and Robi added another goal in the 64th minute for Silver White.
During the match, Gaynon of Silver White was awarded a yellow card.
Up next, All Blacks will be playing against Morung United FC at D Khel ground today at 6 am.
