Dimapur, Oct. 29 (EMN): Two persons from Wokha were arrested by the police today for vandalising a house and causing harm to its occupants.
According to Wokha police, the incident is reported to have occurred on the night of Oct. 28 at around 11 pm when the house of one Limka Ngullie was vandalised and his wife Emilo was allegedly beaten up causing physical injury.
Reliable sources informed that the scuffle started in another house nearby which was occupied by a relative of the victim. When the victim tried to intervene, she was also attacked and her house vandalised. The arrested persons were identified as Renbothung and Zuthungo, both hailing from Wokha town.
