Dimapur, March 1: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) T Nchumbemo Odyuo on February 27 inaugurated Fish kiosk at Tuensang town.
Speaking at the inaugural programme, ADC congratulated the Fishery department and Chang Khulei Setshang (CKS) for achieving a milestone for constructing such store which will provide clean and hygienic fish to the people of Tuensang town. He added that there should be a sense of responsibility in managing the kiosk for better waste management, storage and improvement from traditional way of handling. He encouraged the management authority to provide local fish free from chemicals which would provide not only good health but also to enhance the economy.
Short speeches were delivered by president CKS, M.P Nokshang and DFO Tuensang, Rongsenkumzuk.
The programme was chaired by fishery demonstrator, O.Changlem while invocation prayer was pronounced by pastor TTBL, Rev. H. Sangkap.
