R Binchilo Thong, Additional Chief Secretary and Development Commissioner, will hold additional charge of Justice & Law Department. M Patton, Commissioner & Secretary of Municipal Affairs, will hold additional charge of Planning & Co-ordination Department vice EM Patton, IA&AS repatriated. R Asenla Keitzar, Director of ATI and Secretary of Planning & Co-ordination, has been relieved of Planning & Co-ordination Department.
