Dimapur, Oct. 11 (EMN): A two-day training on bio-medical waste management was held on October 9 and 10 at the office of the Chief Medical Officer, and at Dr. Motsuo Memorial District Hospital Wokha.
Resource team from state led by Dr. Atoshe Sema Addl. Project Director (NHP) Health and Family Welfare; Akumsashi Ao, Consultant WATSAN (NHP), Renthungo Ngullie Consultant Solar (NHP), Ranjeeth Paul, Team leader, PMC (NHP) conducted the ‘PILOT phase’ training at the District. The training schedule included an introduction to bio-medical waste management, rules and regulations etc.
