The governor called on the people of the state to promote and encourage local craftsmen and women and to help in keeping the local traditional arts and crafts alive,’ the note explained. Besides the handicraft, the governor visited the World War II Museum, the Artists’ Corner and a stall set up by the Assam Rifles at Kisama. Not to forget how to be hep and rad That was not all though.
