Mokokchung, Sep. 22 (EMN): Teachers were told to create ‘ignited minds’ and help set goals in the life of students during a Parent’s Day Celebration in Mokokchung on September 22.
Dr. Medem, CMO Mokokchung, who was the guest of honour at the event organised by the Jubilee Memorial School (JMS) asserted that it is the ignited mind that creates scientists, engineers, doctors, bureaucrats and teachers.

He added that apart from achieving personal success, this elite group of people contribute to the development of a society, nation and the world with their ideas and innovations.

In this connection, the CMO urged all the teachers to ignite the minds of the students. “A human mind once born has the potential to reach to achieve various heights. The challenge is to identify our potential and work on heightening it.”

Medem also congratulated the JMS faculty led by the principal and teachers for securing the second position in ‘Northeast in National Accreditation.’
To the parents, he urged them to continue their support to the school. However, he cautioned them not to cross the line to avoid creating discord and disturb the ambience of the school.

For the betterment of the school, he also suggested more interactive session between parents and teachers and also developed a grievance redress system.
