Talent hunt competition held at Chungtiayimsen

Celebrating Independence Day eve, the 44 Assam Rifles in collaboration with Tuzrangkong Kaketshir Mungdang (TKM) organised a ‘Talent Hunt Competition,” with ADC Mangkolemba T Imtiwangpang Aier as the chief guest.
The programme was held at Community Hall, Chungtiayimsen in Mokokchung District on August 11.
Speaking during the programme, chief guest lauded the Commandant and all ranks and files of the 44 Assam Rifles and TKM for their initiation taken to promote the raw talents of the Tzurang valley.
He also wholeheartedly appreciated the welfare activities undertaken by the 44 Assam Rifles under Military Civil Action Programme (MCAP) in the Sub Division and said that apart from providing security to the people, the security force has also done a yeomen service through MCAP.
Aier also encouraged the participants to have confidence in oneself and to experience it. He further added that one should always accept correction and criticism and chalk out their loopholes towards success in whatever art form they aspire in pursuing.
Major Gulshan Kumar, CO D Coy 44 Assam Rifles station at Longnak pronounced the vote of thanks. The programme was attended by SDPO Mangkolemba and students leaders of TKM and Church leaders from Tzurang valley.
The Talent Hunt Competition included Dance Competition, Solo Song Competition, and Quartet Song Competition.
