Strength of youth can change fate of the country, says Nagaland governor
Dimapur, Dec. 17 (EMN): The strength of the youth can change the fate of the country. We should educate and motivate the youth for the betterment of tomorrow, said Governor of Nagaland PB Acharya
Addressing the 5th distinguish lecture session at Cotton College in Guwahati on December 15, Acharya said and called on the youths Northeast to walk hand in hand with the nation and to work towards building a greater future.
He encouraged the youths to be honest, hard working and fight for corruption in the country instead of blaming the system.
State governments in the NE region need to expedite the skill development activities in tandem with the national initiatives proactively involving social partners in the region towards providing employment skills to the youth. He appealed the youth to set their goals for shaping the future, /the governor said.
The lecture session was organised by the Byatikram Mass Awareness and Social Development Organisation, an NGO involved in various socio cultural and literary activities throughout the North-eastern region.
