Dimapur, Feb. 15 (EMN): Nagaland unit of the National Peoples’ Party (NPP) has applauded its national president Conrad K Sangma for his tireless effort in maintaining a clear stand and taking up the mantle to oppose the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill.
The state unit information secretary, Ricky Ozukum, affirmed that as political party belonging to the Northeast it would always stand by the land and its people against any atrocities that would negatively affect the security and stability of the region.
NPP state unit has also congratulated all the indigenous people of Northeast and conveyed its gratitude to all the organisations and the political parties that have stood against the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill tooth and nail.
NPP state unit further wished to unite all the collective minds together as one and work for the greater cause in the near future for the people of Northeast.
