Nagaland is all set to launch ‘Intensified Mission Indradhanush (IMI) beginning from October 8. The mission is aimed at providing vaccines against preventable diseases to children below 2 years and pregnant women.

The mission is also aimed at preventing communicable preventable diseases such as diphtheria, tuberculosis, whooping cough, tetanus, polio, measles and hepatitis-B from focus group of zero to 2 years and pregnant women.
