The ways of holiness are here to stay and the lovers of it are not as numerous as the sinners on the seashores and beaches are. I see the truths of these words as the way of life and the lovers who follows this will receive the blessings of it. No one will truly know what holiness is unless holiness remains in him or her. The desire to live unholy lives often quenches the desires of the Spirit of love. In sin we were born and in wickedness we had lived but when we forget the former things and embrace our true lovers, the love of our lovers will be made complete in us.
In the Word of Christ God exhorts us to make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy. And we are also urged to remember that without holiness we shall be condemned to suffer the torments of hell (Hebrews 12:14 ). If any sinner misses the grace of God, the thorns of regrets will torment all the condemned sinners of hell. The sinner who reads this should consider this as an opportunity to confess, to repent and to forsake all the sins of the former. The death we died with Christ should be sealed once and for all that the live we live with Him may be spotless and blameless. To high light the core issue of our topic, the scripture states “ You were taught in regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds, and to put on the new self , created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness ( Ephesians 4:22-24 ). The holiness we desire should be embraced in love when it comes over us, like a husband anticipating the hug and embrace of his wife. The truth of the matter is that the power of the new life should be evidenced in our eyes, on our faces and in our way of life. Just as we were taught to pursue righteousness, the acts o f our righteous deeds will compliment the deeds of our Lover.
The Word of God states “ Those whom live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The mind of a sinful man is death but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace; the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God (Romans 8:5-8 ). No matter how much we try to please God on our own, the efforts of our labour will be as feeble as a weak foundation is. The world we live in has become filthy and corrupted because of the deeds of the siners.Every sin we commit in this life will have implications in the next life. The world and its desires will pass away but every men and women who does the will of God will live forever.
The only way to live a victorious life is to live by the Spirit. In account of this the Word of God states “So i say live by the spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature ( Galatians 5:16 ). The desires of our sinful nature will always be in conflict with the truth because of their contrasting natures. The steps we take now are as important as our salvation is. And the decisions we make now will either lead us to hell or lift us up to greater heights in the spiritual dimension. The God who calls us is faithful and he will do it ( 1st Thessalonians 5:24 ). Think of this and think of Christ as you pray over this. The Holy Scriptures states “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6 ). These statements of Jesus are as radical as the truth is. If these truths are rejected the powers of these truths will ultimately reject the ones who rejected it. No powers of this world can save us except the cross of Christ. The scripture vividly states that “ Salvation is found in no one else under heaven given to men by which we must be saved ( Acts 4:12 ). Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever and everyone who believes in Him shall live as He lived. The chances of opportunities will now become more limited because the Day of the Lord is near. Every decision you make now will either lead to eternal life or to eternal condemnation. The salvation which is here now will be ours when we accept it with all our heart, with all our mind and with all our strength. The blessings of the desire to love God is here today and it will be with us for eternity if we accept it today. These words are written with love and even as you read this with love, the powers of it will inspire you to love God more. Let salvation be yours today and make Jesus yours today. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever and the fate of our destiny now depends on how we live. The seal of judgment and redemption will now be enforced in the lives of all who has read this. This is a message of urgency and the powers of it will be remembered in the next life by every one who makes it to the next life. God loves the Church of Christ. Think of this and love Christ.
