Kohima, Jan 8: Chakhesang Hoho Kohima (CHK) has announced to organise a mass social work on January 11 at Kohima Local Ground from 9 AM onwards in view of the forthcoming Chakhesang Sükrünye Festival 2017.
All the CHK village units and concerned members are requested to come with broom, dao, spade etc. for the said social work.
Sükrünye festival will be celebrated on January 14 at Kohima Local Ground under the aegis of CHK on the theme “Strengthening unity & harmony.”
All the members of Chakhesang community residing in the state capital are requested to make available themselves at the various gathering points on that day by 9 AM and march to the festival venue. Members are also requested to come in traditional attire.
The designated gathering points are TT stadium, Officer’s Hill, PWD office junction, Keziekie taxi stand, CBCK Kitsubozou and TCP gate.
