Dimapur, April 17 (EMN): SK Motors, an authorized dealer for Bajaj Auto Limited located at City Tower, Circular Road, Dimapur, today launched a motorcycle Dominar 400, a modern masterpiece from Bajaj. It was the second after Guwahati to launch the muscular Dominar 400 in the entire northeast. The Bajaj Dominar 400 is featured with muscular and aggressive stance with most of the styling cues from the Pulsar, yet it differs. The price of this modern masterpiece is Rs 1,60,151 which is fully loaded with dominating form that meets the eye for its massive presence, beam type handling control, massive perimeter frame coupled with the old/new contour.
The Dominar 400 is equipped with 374 cubic centimetres (CC) and 35 Pferdestarke (Ps) of horsepower. With an incredible performance, Dominar 400 propels from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in just 8.23 seconds.
The Anti-lock braking system (ABS) is equipped with twin channel ABS and a 320 millimetre front disc that keeps the beats in check no matter what the condition might be. It is also equipped with the most advanced Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting technology.
The first of its kind, mosaic shaped full LED headlamp with vertical Auto Headlamp On (AHO), it gives the rider pure, undistracted visibility while riding on the roads. Engineered to dominate with big and muscular looks, the design of this motorcycle Dominar-400 got inspired by the Leo stance.
Another advanced technology that makes Dominar 400 a complete new generation motorcycle was that it comes with a full digital Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) truly a sign of digitalised world that will soon take over.
Bajaj Auto limited showroom located at Clock Tower is the main dealer which was started in 2011 with 10 working staff at present. They have also succeeded in expanding business by having Bajaj showrooms in other two main districts like Mokokchung and Kohima under SK motors.
According to the proprietor of SK Motors, Bajaj motorcycles are the highest selling brand in Nagaland. He informed the showroom has received 25-30 booking for this newly launched Dominar 400 motorcycle. He said it will take 10 to 15 days to deliver the motorcycle to the customers.
Other variants of motorcycles in the showroom includes Racing Sport (RS) priced at Rs 1,27,700 and Naked Sport (NS) priced at Rs 99,327.
