(Experiencing the Holy Waves of Revival)
I’ve swept away your offences like a cloud, your sins like the morning mist. Return to me for I’ve redeemed you. Isaiah 44:22.
The forgiven sins will be remembered no more and the memories of it will vanish like evaporated water. The term sin and sinners reminds us of what we once were, being alienated from Christ we did things which would have led to our death. In regard to the destruction of sinners the Word explicitly states that all sinners will be destroyed and the future of the wicked cut off (Psalms 37:38). Just as in the days of old Jezebel became dogs’ food; the sinners of the present age will share in her fate if they continue in their sin and repent not of their evils. Somehow these bold statements may not be to the taste of everyone but it is in the interest of the Church of Christ that the ropes are let down to pull sinners out of the pit. Itis for this very cause that the church has been established and it will be to her shame and loss if she is to keep on gossiping when she should be down on her knees, praying and when she should be up on the stage preaching and reaching out to the lost. For God did not call us to criticize sinners but to save them.
In the morning when we wake up, we wish good morning to our loved ones, but in the event of a funeral, a death or a tragedy, it becomes hard for us to say it because of what the person means to us. We only begin to experience the anguish, the tears and the hurts only when we face it and our experiences of it makes us feel the heaviness and the realities of it. No one will like to wake up to hear bad news and it hurts so much to hear mourners mourn in the morning. One truth we have to be conscious of is that we are living for an eternal cause and it is for this eternal cause that we preach the realities of heaven and hell in love and compassion. The Holy Scripture states “Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake; some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt’. Further in the Fourth Synoptic gospels it is also written,… those who have done good will rise to live and those who have done evil will rise to be condemned (Daniel 12:2) ( John 5:28). The revelations of it are a warning to sinners but to the sons and daughters of God it is and will be a ray of light When they make it to the next life. The truth is, we are all on our way to a certain place, some will reach early while others will reach late but we have to make sure that “everyone” reaches it. In the end it’s either heaven or hell, life or death and we shall ultimately end up in the place where we are destined to be. This calls for attention in the Holy Church of Christ and it will be by how well she is prepared which will determine how high she rises or how fast she falls. The period of urgency is on and the nature of the conflict will only intensify with every confronting messages. From what we see we see churches rising against churches and ministries against ministries and it is indeed sad to state it. However this is the truth and the guilty corporatebodies will be paid back with harm for the harm they did (2nd Peter 2:13) (Matthew 24:7). God has not called us to attack each other’s faith but to build each other up. It is with certainty I write that those who says yes to this, their voices will be recorded in eternity. Every church has their own way of administration but if somehow the dictates of its leaders are not in accordance with the truth, the congregation has to raise their voices against it in accordance with the truth. . Do not get me wrong, I do not write this to promote rebellion but justice. The justice referred to here is the truth which is the Word of God. The truth is what we should be promoting and souls are what we must seek. The hour has come for us not to sleep but to teach, watch and pray (Mark 13:37) (Mark 14:38). Every signs witnessed are just a shadow of what is to come and more terrors and disasters are predicted and expected. The nations which are facing it are facing it and in a little while the triggers of guns will be pulled and bombs will explode in every city, towns and nations. It is said that satan trembles whenever the messages of end times and more when hell is preached. These three things terrifies satan-the blood of Christ, the Word and hell. And in view of the nearness of the end, satan is now restlessly at work, ever desperate to cause the downfall of many. The Church has to understand this and the rising and falling of many will also be determined by how much we had loved and prayed for them. The world has not been sleeping ever since its inception and in God’s appointed time, she will be silenced, putting an end to all her evils in which she committed and caused the sinners within it to commit. This is being sensed and it’s high time we be sensitive to the groans and cries of sinners living in the four corners of the world. It is for this eternal cause that many are seeking God’s love.
Every church must be revived in love and compassion if they are to be truly a soul winning church. Since we are in the last days, the degree of our messages will keep on rising till the perfected sons and daughters of God are united with Christ. And even in writing this, I declare in thetruth that the salvation of many are at stake and unless we rush to save the lost the result of our negligence will be sad, regrettable and disastrous. Mark this: Unless we are desperate to save souls, we will not be desperate to save souls. It is a gift, a passion which every church needs and a desire which must be embraced by every church. The reality is also this: Some churches are experts in condemning the rising and growing churches even when their own members are dying or can hardly breathe. Even if this statement is hard to digest if its purpose is served it is served. The point I want to stress is this: It’s high time for every church to raise the fallen, restore the backslidden and to revive the downcast to the power of the truth. The matured churches are matured, while the immature ones are immatured. And it is our prayer for every church to be always on fire for God. The waves of the last days are roaring and the more we strengthen our position now, the more we will rise in the Spirit. And every church which is of God must snatch the dying from the fire, saving them, showing mercy to the others, mixed with fear-hating even their clothing stained by corrupted flesh (Jude 23). This speaks of a mercy of a higher degree and holiness of a greater passion. The church in her mission to save the lost must preach passionately, love compassionately and pray earnestly in love (1st Corinthians 16:14 ). In the end when our offences are swept like a cloud and our sins like the morning mist, the church shall experience her eternal pleasure when Christ comes to take her with Him ( Psalm 16:11 ). These are the signs of the waves which are now reviving you and you shall experience the full measure of it when you completely give your life to Christ. Let these truths empower you as you get deeper into a relationship with Christ and as you enter the war zone to save those whom you love.Remember death and life lies in the power of the tongue and if we desire to rise in the future our every word, acts and missions must be in accordance with the truth ( Proverbs 18:21 ). Think of what the Word means to you. Think of what salvation means to you and your church! And think of where you will spend eternity! The powers of salvation and the church lies in the hands of God and if the church is determined to save her dying members, it is God who will raise them up for His glory. This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words ( 1st Corinthians 2:13 ). Think of the Word! Think of its worth and let the powers of it restore the backslidden and revive the dying. The church must be saved and everyone must be saved. Remember the end is near. It is what we do for our church which will determine how much we save and how much we gain in the next life. God has commissioned the Church to seek and save the lost. The world is dying and sinners must be snatched from the pit. Their hands now sticks out and it is for us to pull them out or let them perish. The Word states “I desire mercy not sacrifice and acknowledgement of God rather than burnt offerings and it also dictates that judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment! ( Hosea 6:6 ) (James 2:13). The seeds of it are now sown in different hearts and the fruits of it will be determined by what the soils are. God loves and desires to see the best of the Church of Christ. This is an invitation and an investment for every Church and for the servants of the Most High. The cries of the sinners now reaches out to God and to the Church. The Church must rush lest her loved ones perish and she must pray more to save more. Let us be aware of this: We are in the last days.

Slaves, that is what we are of holiness and as we pursue righteousness, we desire to impact and transform lives through His Spirit. The lost will be found. As we continue in this we will remember all that we did for God, for each other and for the sinners. The moments of the present will become the memories for the future. God loves the Church of Christ.
Lines of intimacy to intimate lovers of Christ: As we begin this new year we desire to let the intimate powers of holiness connect the hearts of every sinner to Christ. In these last days we desire to see the emergence of new powerful leaders who will lead sinners to the next step of holiness through the power of the Holy Spirit. This year will indeed be a year of spiritual urgency and unless we take the next step of faith into the holy of holies, the result of our negligence will give rise to more calamities and greater judgments against us. Just to be intimate in holiness is what we desire and we trust we shall be connected in it when we stay connected in prayer. The decision to love and pray for each other is now and the fruits of the future will determine what we had been to each other. Love always trust. Love always connects. And this is just a link to what we will be in the future. Think of us and the sinners and we shall pray for you and the sinners. Let us be united in this and be linked in holiness. This is the power of truth. Truth connects.
