Seeking Clarification on National Pension System (NPS) From Sub-Divisional Education Officer, Wokha Nagaland

Our Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) has been generated way back in 2012 and we have received the PRAN Kit and every month our contribution (Employee contribution) for NPS has been deducting from our salary for the past 5 years but neither employees contribution nor the employer’s contribution has been uploaded in the Central Recordkeeping Agency (CRA) transaction statement till date. As of transaction statement received on January 7, 2017, The total contribution on our pension account till Dec 31, 2016 was Rs. 0.00. The total value of our contributions as on Dec 31, 2016 was Rs. 0.00. Thus, our contributions have earned a return of Rs. 0.00 till Dec 31, 2016.

Therefore, we would like to know the reason why still there is no clarification or action initiated by the concerned DDO –Sub Divisional Education Officer, Wokha, even after a lapse of 5 years?
