SBAK Aizuto youth holds triennial conference

Dimapur, Dec. 10 (EMN): The 6th triennial conference of the youth department of the Sumi Baptist Akukuhou Kuqhakulu (SBAK) Aizuto was held at Yesholutomi Baptist Church from Dec. 8 to the 10th with the theme “Towards a greater height.” Speaking at the conference on Sunday, Parliamentary Secretary for Justice & Law Picto Shohe, spoke about social menace in Naga society and underscored the need for replacing such elements with good deeds and positivity. “Every bad element can be overcome and replaced by good things in this world,” he said and urged upon the people to always let God to be at the forefront. The legislator also urged upon the youth to be torchbearers of the society stating that they would be leading the society in the future. “In any society, youth are the driving force and hopefully looked upon for bringing positive changes in the society, it is time for young people to pay back to the society,” he said. The conference was attended by youth departments from various villages under SBAK Aizuto, church leaders and social leaders.
