Dimapur, July 11 (EMN): The chief public relation officer, P J Sharma NF Railways, Maligaon in a press note stated that the Railway Protection Force of N.F. Railway arrested three people on different days for theft.
The arrested were identified as Ajgar Ali (13 years) who was caught on June 25 for stealing a mobile phone: Kamal Debnath (30 years) was caught on June 26 with stolen bag containing valuable documents, garments, journey tickets, identity card and Nilamoni Deka (33 years) was caught on July 5 with a stolen mobile phone.
The arrested persons were all handed over to OC/GRP/Guwahati for appropriate action.
The statement also added that the RPF was successful in apprehending 61 criminals on charges of theft during the year 2017.
