Dimapur, Jan. 10: Youth of Hebron- 1 colony in Phek town conducted its 11th general session on January 7 on the theme “Victory in peace,” Viketou Nienu was the main speaker.
Speaking on the occasion, Viketou Nienu dwelled on how the youth should deal with adversities of the present situation. Referring to past experiences in the last decade which was marked with incidents of robberies, quarrels and extortions, he said participation of youth will eliminate unwanted lawlessness and chaos in the society. He also opined that youth should be the role model in every good deed so that younger generation will follow their footsteps.
Colony chairman, Venuta S Venuh, in his short speech, encouraged the youth to cope with advanced modern technology and knowledge. He also lauded the youth members led by youth president, Kedupa Venuh for rendering fullest cooperation to the welfare body.
