Dimapur, July26 (EMN): The petroleum workers in the region are all set to begin an indefinite strike starting July 27 in protest against the non implementation of their earlier demands which is set to affect the whole of Northeast.
The Assam Petroleum Mazdoor Union president Munin Mahanta and general secretary Ramen Das informed through a notification that the union will boycott the loading and unloading of petroleum products (oil and gas) throughout the Northeast during the period.
