Peren’s Ansta resents delay in disbursement of salary

Dimapur, July 11 (EMN): Peren unit of the All Nagaland School Teachers Association (Ansta) has expressed dismayed over the delay in disbursement of teachers’ salary under SDEO and ADEO, Peren.
The association has claimed that the ADEO and SDEO have not release the salary for the past four months despite submission of a representation to both the offices in the month of May 2018 demanding for timely release of teachers’ salary.

The association went on to add that “it has been a practice since the SDEO and ADEO took charges of their office this year.”
The association stated that the very survival of teaching community would be jeopardised if their salaries are not paid in time.

The association appealed the competent authority to make all possible efforts so that the teachers get their salary by first week of every month.
The association further warned that they would be compelled to take “drastic step” against the concerned authority if the concerned authorities fails to comply with its demand.
