Open letter to elected representatives of Nagaland Assembly

Dear, Deemed Honorable MLA of Nagaland State,

You are all very busy and short of Time; so, not to be tedious to you, we address these in a short Open Letter to you.
It is not true the rich are becoming richer and the poor poorer by a Conspiracy: it is by a System that is engineered and evolved in a combination of State Power, Elite-privileged-rapacious-predatory-extortionate oligarchs and the Representatives of the People that seem to have abdicated their duties to their People.
Africa is the richest Continent in the World in terms Natural Resources but the poorest because of a combination of venal bribable Political oligarchs often powerful former revolutionary Army Generals, Elites who can lie easily about their off-shore Accounts, that has looted the Economy tearing apart the fabric of a decent Society.  

Nagaland today appears plodding the same Path far behind but in the same direction.
Nagaland is not as rich as Africa in terms of Natural Resources but has plenty of saleable Political Resources, nice rehabilitated often surrendered Nationalists vying with each other to become the CEO of one or the other of the countless Political Companies or migrate from one to the other political Corporate Organization unashamedly in zest, to export native Resources to outside globally purportedly in the interest of the State but secretly in their own interest.
Recently, the National Socialist Council of Nagaland (IM) is reported to have negotiated a Settlement with the Government of India to nationalize; with reference to the 4-Point Settlement: “ALL NATURAL RESOURCES FOUND IN NAGA AREAS -BELOW THE GROUND AND ON THE SURFACE- WILL BELONG TO THE NAGAS” and placed the under a Pan Naga Hoho with Legislative, Revenue and Political Authority.
 Pan Naga Hoho is just an NGO with jurisdiction confined only to Social Matters and to give undefined Legislative, Fiscal and Political Authority to an off-shore NGO and place the legally constituted Legislative Assembly of the State of Nagaland under the Pan Naga Hoho, is to go beyond conscionable political comprehension.
The State of Nagaland already has the subject of “Land and its Resources” in the State under a peculiar Special constitutional protection from the Legislation -Past, Present or Future- of even the Parliament no other States of India has.
Dear deemed Honorable Members of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly: surprisingly none of your honors have raised any question or objections to the ignominious purported Settlement.
On the other hand the whole of the Honorable Members of the Legislative Assembly of Nagaland State earlier committed publicly that they would abdicate their Mandated Seat in the Assembly in the event of an Accord arriving between Governments of National Socialist Council of Nagaland (IM) and the Union Government at Delhi!
We hope you would not abdicate your duty to the People of Nagaland.
