The writer only writes because we public have witnessed how circumstances could mount up to, in certain times during displeasure of status quo or during professional or personal //*unprofessional*// differences among the representatives.
In contemporary times, the people of any government demands what could seemingly be over bearing but only impetus for surviving efficiently in this modern era of technology and advancement. After all the technological achievements humans have possessed, derived from the threshold of industrial revolution, what the elites have to say is, “Humans are still at infancy.” From a global perspective, humans are only beginning to comprehend what it is to be human; the emotional and mental harness of intellect to define proper existence. And as such, our government and the processes involved prior, in or after—have to be unflinchingly altered towards modern innovative interpretations, else the piled up paint on the old canvas would grow luxuriant and the art disintegrate itself.
Every progressing society goes through certain phase before culminating the end result to proceed ahead leaving behind former unsubtle perception of conduct and pivot solely ascertaining positive possibilities impact. This has been evident throughout the course of human history. We have had our own share of regressive pitfalls in our society mostly derived from the intricate nature of our politics and its in-conclusion that have summed up to all the mess our way of life has been affected by. No measure of sort could arguably align the indication for productive prospects unless certain degree of innovation unbound by conventional ideologies could be instilled and paved way for.
We public have integrated of all the misdirection and deceits our somewhat elected legislative representatives have for so far baffled us in every auspicious schemes that has resorted to mega cities in the books. Unfortunately, the sensible sections today have had through with the consistent stagnation channeled right from the core/source, from where everything could be restructured and propelled. All these years (decades) of failed developments have made us wiser and compelling to revamp the same trend of stagnation in our socio-economic-political affairs.
Despite having processed democratic norms to situate a democratic government, we are far from being termed as democratic. Real democracy would mean the electorates to cast vote without any obligation and influence. Real democracy propounds freedom of choice and free will to elect right and quality candidates, which hasn’t been eminent – not for a long time. Right candidate could be any sensible citizen; there is a fine line of difference between the limits for right justice and otherwise – apples and oranges. The relatively gross defect of democracy is what is looping every round making the people obstinate. This needs to be overhauled whereby every sensible section can participate and contest in examining, at least around sensible quarters, initially.
In conclusion, may the elected representatives take major concern over what’s on the other side of the fence, this time, where the greater interest of the people lie. Even though the positions occupied had been both physically and resourcefully exhausting, may every elected representative commit themselves in setting a threshold for a better government – after all, to be precise, it’s not about the occupation but production. With such conviction, we as a society together could flourish more meaningfully and make unceasing effort in paving reformed ways for posterity to embark.
