Dimapur, March 13 (EMN): The Nagaland University Students’ Union, Lumami (NUSU) kicked off its annual sports meet with Professor Pardeshi Lal, Vice Chancellor, Nagaland University as the guest speaker. This was stated in an update received here on Wednesday.
The guest speaker Prof. Pardeshi Lal in his address encouraged the need of sports for every student as it will enable them to build their physical strength and capacity. He also said that those who play sports have better pain enduring capacity. He further stressed that sports activities are vital for the growth of students in various aspects. After his speech, he declared the sports meet open.
