Dimapur, Dec. 2 (EMN): The Assam Rifles—under the establishment of the Inspector General of Assam Rifles (IGAR) North—has claimed to have captured a cadre of the banned NSCN (K) with an ‘identity card’ that shows the latter to be an employee of the office of the District Rural Development Agency, Zunheboto district.
