Dimapur, Aug. 16 (EMN): The NSCN (IM) has appointed M Daniel Lotha as the new cabinet secretary with effect from Aug. 16 replacing DG Robert, who completed his tenure on July 31.
A press release received its MIP informed that the farewell-cum-handing and taking over of charge programme was held on Aug.16 at CHQ Hebron in the presence of senior functionaries of the GPRN.
Apart from gift presentation as a token of honour to the outgoing cabinet secretary and incoming cabinet secretary by various ministries of the government, words of gratitude and appreciation to the two senior officials were shared by the ‘kilo kilonser’ and ‘co-convener’ of the steering committee on behalf of the government.
The congregation prayed for the predecessor and the successor of the cabinet secretariat. GPRN wished both of them the best in their future endeavours.
