NMA congratulates Konyak women

Dimapur, April 13 (EMN): Naga Mothers’ Association (NMA) has congratulated the Konyak Nyupuh Sheko Khong (KNSK), apex women organisation of the Konyak community, on their achievement to hold the Guinness World record for the largest Konyak traditional dance comprising of 4,687 participants.

A NMA press release issued by its president, Abei-ü Meru, has congratulated KNSK for achieving such a rare feat.

“The aim of life lies in pushing your limitation and KNSK have successfully made this possible,” NMA release stated. It added that the dedication and enthusiasm displayed by the Konyak women was inspirational.

It stated that KNSK has excelled in showcasing the rich and vibrant colours beautifully to the world and also in preserving the rich culture and tradition simultaneously.

NMA further wished best wishes to the Konyak Nyupuh Sheko Khong in all their endeavours even in the days to come.
