Dimapur, July 24 (EMN): The National Highway-2 that was cut off near Viswema village since July 15 was opened on Monday at around 11 in the morning a press release from Southern Angami Youth Organisation stated.
It also added that some there is continued fall of small amount of earth above the road and are apprehensive that the road will be blocked again if there are more rainfall.
“SAYO thanks DC, Kohima, Civil SDO Jakhama Block , BRTF and especially Viswema Youth Organization for their tireless help during those 9 days long.” it further stated.
