Dimapur, March 23 (EMN): Miss Nagaland for 2018 Mewetsho-ü Dianu inaugurated a new salon, called Dukru’s Salon & Academy, on Saturday in Dimapur. The organisers offered updates about the inauguration on Saturday.
In her short speech, Dianu said such ventures by Naga entrepreneurs will be an encouragement for young people. She was optimistic that the salon, with its expert and quality service, will go a long way, the updates stated.
The new salon is situated in Dimapur, opposite Reliance Petrol Pump near the City Tower. The salon will also offer training courses.
According to the updates, the proprietor Dominic Dukhru is a qualified and experienced hairdresser and make-up artist with over 12 years of experience in the profession outside the state. Likewise, co-proprietor Khrolou Tsuzuh has over 13 years experience in the beauty industry as a hairdresser, make up and nail technician artist.
The academy will be providing a 3-month beginners’ course in hairdressing: British cutting system and chemical; one-month make-up course (both commercial and editorial); one-month master class (minimum two years’ experience) in ‘British cutting system,’ the updates added.
