NDPP Impur AC installs new officer bearers
Mokokchung, Feb. 10 (EMN): Induction programme of new office bearers of the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) under 23 Impur assembly constituency was held on February 9 in the presence of CEC member TN Manen and officials from NDPP Mokokchung region and women organisation at Kobulong EAC Hq. in Mokokchung district.
The new team is headed by Wapang Aier as president and Nuchet as general secretary.
Speaking on the occasion, TN Manen called upon the party workers to render unflinching support to the party in the forthcoming 26 Aonglenden by-election. He also assured the party workers that NDPP would come out victorious in the aforesaid by-election. Manen also exuded confidence that PDA alliance would emerged victorious in the ensuing election to the lone Lok Sabha seat in the state.
The incoming Impur AC president, in his speech, has sought supports from the party workers to ensure victory in the ensuing by-election. He was of the view that with collective efforts the party would emerge victorious in the ensuing by-election as well as the Lok Sabha election.
The outgoing president, Meren, who has been elevated to higher post in NDPP Mokokchung region, has assured his total support and cooperation to the party.
