Dimapur, Dec. 6 (EMN): Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has announced to conduct the HSLC Examination 2019 from February 13 to 25 and the HSSLC Examination 2019 from February 12 to March 4. NBSE has also announced to conduct the Class XI promotion examination 2019 from February 12 to March 5.
According to a DIPR report, a total of 23190 candidates have enrolled for the ensuing HSLC Examination 2019, an increase of 1491 candidates from the last examination. Besides, 15820 candidates would be appearing for the HSSLC Examination which also showed an increase of 539 candidates from the last examination. A total of 16772 students will sit for Class XI promotion examination.
In order to help the students appearing those three examinations, all registered schools are asked to conduct coaching/ preparatory classes till December 15 every year. Schools are requested to ensure that the students know about the design of the question papers. It added that students need to know the type of questions, the number of questions and the length of the answers to be written as per the type of question, etc.
All schools are reminded of their responsibility to take care of the students till they clear their respective examination.
In any assessment, the quality of the output depends on several factors. One of them is the support of the parents in mentoring the progress of the child in his/her studies. The responsibility of the parents as such, is very important and vital, the report stated.
