Naga wrestling held at KCK college week

Dimapur, Dec. 12 (EMN): Following the first day of its 50th College week on Dec. 11 with literary events, Naga Wrestling was held on the second day on Tuesday with Neivikuolie N Khatsü President, Nagaland Wrestling Association gracing the event as the special guest.
45 wrestlers participated in the event in which Küchohü Cürha of 4th semester hailing from Khomi village emerged as the jubilee champion pocketing INR. 15,000 with citations. He is the consecutive champion of 2016 and 2017 KCK College week. Ani Koza, 2nd semester of Khezhakeno village bagged the second position with cash prize of INR. 10,000 and citation. Thepunie Swüro, 2nd semester of Porba village was adjudged the third position pocketing INR. 8,000 with citation and Vezholhu Nyekha, 4th semester of Chozuba village bagged the fourth position with cash prize of INR. 5,000 and citation.
The third day will feature athletics and indoor games.
