MDFA: Grand Elite and Mosiac win on fourth day

(EM Images)[/caption] Our Correspondent Mokokchung, Oct. 12 (EMN): The weather conditions on the fourth day of MDFA saw continuous drizzle and fog which made it less interesting for the crowd to witness the matches. The first match between Telongjem FC and Rongpang Reju ended in a draw with both the teams failing to score any goal till the last whistle. The second match saw the dark horse of the tourney, Grand Elite SC scoring 4-0 against NU Lumami. Grand Elite scored the first goal through Ating in the 13^th minute while; L. Temjen secured a hattrick in the 30th, 49th and 66th minute. The condition of the local ground went from bad to worse as the rain played spoil sport. In the last match Mosiac won 4-2 against Unicorn FC. Lanuakum Imchen scored the first goal in the first 2 minutes of the game. Atoba of Unicorn equalised the first goal in the 17th minute. Temjennungsang of Unicorn FC scored the second goal for the team in the 32^nd minute which however an equaliser was scored in the next three minutes by Sangnetshang of Mosiac. With two more goals from Kinasangba and Moatemsu in the 43rd and 66th minute, the match ended with Mosiac over powering the Unicorns.
