Kohima, March 16 (EMN): A man who was severely injured after being hit by a vehicle on the night of March 16 at New Secretariat road in Kohima has died in a hospital.
Sources from the victim’s family said that the accident occurred when the victim Neichatoulie Kense from Touphema village was returning home after collecting swine fodder with a friend when a speeding car hit him.
It was learned that the victim, a government employee at the Supply department, died while undergoing treatment at a Kohima hospital. Further information from the police concerning the accident is being awaited.
